Appeal Filed with the Utah Supreme Court Today

Our appeal has officially been filed with the Utah Supreme Court. We believe that there has been overreach by elected leaders concerning health regulations. That overreach disregards our State's Constitution and harms the most vulnerable. We are hopeful that the Supreme Court will hear our case for restoration of powers to proper health authorities.
